Originally from the coast of Chile, I am fluent in Spanish and English and have a deep understanding of the Latin culture.
I am passionate about my work, since it gives me the opportunity to provide my services in an easy, familiar and fast way, always adapting to my client’s needs. I provide them with solutions, ideas, and the necessary options so they can have an unforgettable travel experience, without any setbacks.
Sometimes online travel websites can be overwhelming to book and plan everything for a family. I advise my clients from the beginning to the end of their trips, ensuring the entire process.

Lorena’s History
I came to California in pursuit of a dream that later lead me to a lifelong passion; helping others experience the joys of traveling. My journey began with a one-way ticket to the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii in July 1999. Maui captivated me instantaneously with its lush scenery, breathtaking beaches, warm climate, and the people who embody the spirit of “Aloha”. I knew the way of life on the island was meant for me.
I took a job at the best travel agency on the island. My passion grew seeing the excitement clients had booking trips and relieving the stress that comes with planning a vacation. I became a tourism professional. With my Spanish-speaking background, I had the opportunity to help the entire Latino community of Maui, which was a crucial part of starting my own travel agency called “LA Travel” in 2006. With great pride I can say LA Travel has become one of the most recognized travel agency on the island.
This leads me to introduce LA Travel’s sister agency “Lorena’s Travel & Tours” based in Sonoma County, California.
Combining my latino roots and the aloha spirit, Lorena’s Travel & Tours in an extension of what continues to be my passion to keep serving my latino community and all those who want to experience a unique experience when they travel with us, because we really cared and your satisfaction is our number one priority.
